Where to Buy Baby Alive Doll Food and Diapers, Super Refill Pack

MY GRANDDAUGHTERS LOVED THIS DOLL

I bought each of my 2 granddaughters a Baby Alive doll last Christmas. They absolutely loved their dolls. However, the "extras" can get pretty expensive (juice mix, baby food mix, diapers, etc.). Okay, I did get stuck paying the extra dollars for extra food and juice packets for the dolls. However, for each doll I went out and purchased a package of newborn diapers (62 count "Luvs" Brand) and a container of baby diaper wipes (100 count store brand)for about $15.00 for both the diapers & the wipes. So, if purchasing this doll, may I suggest when purchasing the diapers, you go to your local grocery store and purchase the cheapest newborn-size diapers they have for sale. These dolls are not the cutest baby dolls in the world by far, but your kids (or grand-kids) will have hours & hours of fun with them.

The idea of diaper changing is great but...

Although the idea of changing a baby's diapers is great, the whole concept of feeding and changing it gets messy. The 10 pack of diapers lasted only one day and although realistic, it can get costly in the long run!

Pretty Good Surprise

This is a quick, cheap solution for the two Baby Alive dolls: Baby Alive Surprise and Baby Alive Oopsy Do. There aren't enough diapers. There could be some more food. You can only find so many items for this amount.My eldest has the Oopsy do doll attached to the hip. My youngest plays well with the food and water for the Surprise doll. None of this is as cheap as it could be. The diapers get used quickly. It is cheaper and better to get a bag of pre-mie diapers from the store and sorbitol for the food.

Just buy regular diapers...

For the price, you would think they could make better diapers. Granted, you aren't supposed to let the diapers get full, but this is a kids toy, after all. My daughter just keeps on feeding her doll until the diaper is leaking all over the place. It is cheaper to just buy a package of store brand newborn size diapers and call it a day. The food really isn't necessary, either. They want you to buy their little packets, but honestly the "food" is basically liquid and hard to feed without making a mess. The bottle is most often used and you can easily just have your kid feed the baby doll water or put a drop of food coloring in it - no need to spend a bunch of money on packets of food and juice that barely last a day if your child is actively playing with it. The only real necessity is the diapers, which aren't worth it in my opinion and the newborn baby diapers from the store work just fine.

Only for the larger Baby Alive Dolls

The smaller baby alive dolls which I recently bought could only use the juice and not the food product. This was found out only after reading the inserted feeding instructions.

Expensive!

I just got this today at Toys R Us for $14.99....this is a rip off to get from here! Save your money and go to Toys R Us!

My daughter loves it! This model eats, drinks, talks, and "fills diapers" just like a real baby- except with an off switch.

necessay accessories

If you are going to have a Baby Alive you need these accessories for the full enjoyment of the doll. I feel that they are a bit over priced, though.
