This is a very good budget starter set and after 10 weeks of play, playing every weekend, I've upgraded and replaced 

every single component (except the pods) from this set without any regrets. So I would highly recommend this

 package to anyone who plans to play regularly while still avoiding a large investment. Therefore I'll just tell

 you all my reasons for why I choose to upgraded everything.

The marker. The Tippmann Gryphon is an excellent gun, while it does not have any additional features above

 what you would find at most rentals, such as the 98 custom, having your own gun in new condition, you will 

notice that it will shoot much more accurately and reliably than the rentals as all the inner components are new 

and clean. That is until it starts to get dirty from dirt, paint and oil. Once you've used your Gryphon for a few 

games you'll then want to take it apart and clean it to get back the accuracy you had once before. You'll realize

 that taking it apart is much more cumbersome than some of the more expensive guns which may only require 

you to remove to bolt. In regards to accuracy, your main concerns are the type of paint you're shooting, the

 regulator within your marker (in order to maintain a consistent amount of air pressure), and your barrel.

 Generally longer and overbored barrels will shoot more accurately, however having a clean barrel is always key.

 Unfortunately the Gryphon does not offer any suitable barrels from Tippmann.
