Install A Tippmann Model 98 Paintball Gun Vertical Adapter

Tippmann didn't design a good way to connect a regulator or expansion chamber for their model 98 paintball gun. To be able to attach either of those products you have to use a vertical adapter. Setting up a vertical adapter may seem tricky but really will use effortlessly.


Instructions


1. Buy a vertical adapter package for the Tippmann model 98 paintball gun.


2. Remove all air sources and paintballs in the gun.


3. Remove the hopper and elbow along with the barrel.


4. Contain the cocking knob and pull the trigger. Permit the knob to slip forward gradually to not-cock the gun.


5. Make use of an allen wrench to get rid of the 2 screws at the base from the gun holding the ASA in position.


6. Unscrew the 2 grip screws holding the left grip after which take away the six body screws. This allows the 2 body halves to slip apart.
